Flexion & extension of legs

  • Gentle hill
  • Skate to comfortable speed
  • Glide straight on both feet
  • Bend legs to crouch low hold your hands in front to stay balanced
  • Stand tall
  • Repeat
  • Crouch only as low as you feel balanced; with practice, go lower
