Circle Tracing

V.1.a. Small circle, toes

 Goals Free foot dexterity
Stance foot balance
Hip flexibility
Stance leg strength
 Props Same rope as in Tip.1.
Block of wood, 4-6 inches thick
 V.1. Lay the rope in a circle of 2-3 ft diameter. Without shoes, stand on one foot in the center of the circle. Use the free foot to trace along the rope. See if you can trace around the full circle. Trace with: a) your toes; b) your heel; c) your arch; d) the little toe edge of your foot. Repeat with the opposite foot.
 V.2.  Same as above, but enlarge the circle to 4 ft. diameter.
 V.3.  Same as V.1., but place the block of wood in the center of the circle, then stand on it.
 V.4.  Same as V.3., but enlarge the circle to 4 ft. diameter.
