enough to feel underfoot, not so thick that it hurts to stand on it. |

Stretch
the rope in a straight line on a firm surface (tile, linoleum, hardwood
floor). In bare feet, walk forward and backward on the rope. |

Same
as V.1., but keep your eyes closed. |

Arrange
the rope in S-curves of varying size. Walk along the rope, keeping
your feet pointed along the rope. When walking backward, use your
foot to find and follow the rope behind you. |
