Place
both feet on the platform. Pivot both feet back and forth, letting
the rest of the body move opposite the feet. Keep both feet aimed
the same direction - avoid becoming duck- or pigeon-toed. Stay
relaxed in the hips and torso. Aim for a consistent rhythm.
