Description
1. Double pivot

Familiarity with device, symmetry, limber torso Place both feet on the platform. Pivot both feet back and forth, letting the rest of the body move opposite the feet. Keep both feet aimed the same direction - avoid becoming duck- or pigeon-toed.  Stay relaxed in the hips and torso. Aim for a consistent rhythm.
