Welcome!

The Harb Ski Systems web site is extensive, with over 200 pages of skiing information. With all those pages, you may worry about getting lost, or not finding everything we have to offer. So, here are some hints for navigating our site (please scoll down - this is a long page)...

  1. The contents page (contents.htm) lists all the major topics, and many of the subtopics, of the site. The listings are linked to the individual pages, so you can click on the topic you want and go right to it.
  2. Click on the "news" button of the burgundy bar to find out what is new on the site.
  3. On each page on our site, our logo in the top left corner is linked to the contents page. Click on the logo to go back to the contents page.
  4. You can maneuver through the site by way of the navigation bars - the horizontal bars with little words on them, just below the page title and our logo. The top bar, burgundy in color, has links to all the major topics.
  5. When there are multiple pages within a topic, they appear on the second navigation bar, grey in color. Use the gray bar to move between those pages, or use the burgundy bar to go to a different major topic. The gray bar does not have rollovers, nor does it change in appearance depending on where you are (this makes the pages load faster).
  6. Third level (green) and fourth-level (blue) navigation bars are used when needed, to navigate the subtopics of subtopics. As with the gray bar, they are static.
  7. The page title corresponds to one of the navigation bar elements - this tells you where you are.
  8. If you can't find what you're looking for, or if you get "lost" on the site, each page has a "send e-mail" button at the bottom left. Click on that to send us mail, and we'll help you find the information you need.
  9. Many of our pages are long - you may need to scroll down to see the entire page.
  10. Please take your time and explore - there's a lot here!
