Full Payment at Enrollment

When you enroll with a paper form, you will be charged the full amount for the camp.

Cancellation refunds

If you cancel your enrollment prior to camp, we issue a prorated refund...

• More than 8 weeks prior to session: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)
• 8 to 6 weeks prior to session: we refund 50% of camp fee
• Less than 6 weeks prior to session: no refund
• Cancellations due to injury or illness: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)
