The Essentials
DVD library presents many exercises to help you learn and integrate
the essentials in your skiing. Each DVD in the library focus on
one or two essentials, with exercises from the book as well as others
not included in the book.

practice tipping with dryland, stationary, and moving exercises.

In skiing, what you do with your upper body can either help or hinder
your tipping and your balance on your edges. Learn in this DVD how
to balance over your skis and use your upper body to enhance your
tipping. Also, learn how to use your poles so that your pole swing
and touch help with your balance, edging, and timing.
