Harb Ski Camps enrollment policies 2010-2011

Enroll early
Our camps do have limited enrollment, and they sell out quickly — by June/July for the camps scheduled through early January. If you are considering a camp, please enroll online/send in your enrollment form early to avoid disappointment.

Payment Methods
You may pay for camps by check or money order, or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards.

Enrollment Methods
For the '10-'11 season, we have two ways that you can enroll in a camp:
1. Online at our web store (credit card only)
2. Paper form, sent by fax or mail (check, money order or credit card)

When a camp session is almost full, we may limit enrollment to Paper Form only.

Online Enrollment

Full payment at enrollment
When you enroll online, you will be charged the full amount for the camp.

Cancellation refunds
If you cancel your enrollment prior to camp, we issue a prorated refund...
More than 8 weeks prior to session: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)
8 weeks to 6 weeks prior to session: we refund 50% of camp fee
Less than 6 weeks prior to session: no refund
Cancellations due to illness or injury: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)

Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail notification of the purchase of your camp session automatically by e-mail. We will confirm your enrollment within 48 hours of your purchase by another e-mail. This lets us ensure that you have enrolled in a camp session suitable for your skills, and it lets us monitor enrollment. Important! Please wait until you have received your confirmation e-mail message before you book any travel or lodging for your session!

Paper Enrollment

Full payment at enrollment
When you enroll with a paper form, you will be charged the full amount for the camp.

Enrollment Forms
The enrollment form is available online (click here). Print it out, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us (sorry, no online submission). You can also send us the form as an e-mail attachment, or simply send the required information via e-mail. We will e-mail or phone you with your confirmation.

Hintertux enrollment

New for '10-'11
You may enroll for the Hintertux camp online or by paper form. In either case, when you enroll you'll be charged a deposit of $1100.

Deposit
When you enroll for the Hintertux camp, you will be charged a deposit of $1100.

Remainder of payment
The remainder of the camp fee will be charged at the end of the camp session.

Cancellation refunds
