Payment Methods
You may pay for camps by check or money order, or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards.

Enrollment Deposit
We have a new deposit & cancellation policy this season. When you enroll in a camp, you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of the first day's camp cost.

If you are paying by check or money order, please send 50% of the camp fee with your enrollment form. If you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to the camp session, we will refund all but the first day's camp fee.

If you are paying by credit card, we need your account number, expiration date, and signature. We will charge your card the first day's camp fee when you enroll.

Cancellation Policy...
More than 8 weeks prior to session: 1st day's camp fee
8 weeks to 6 weeks prior to session: 50% of camp fee
Less than 6 weeks prior to session: full charge (unless due to injury or illness)

Enrollment Forms
The enrollment form is available online (click here). Print it out, fill it out, and fax or mail it to us (sorry, no online submission). You can also send us the form as an e-mail attachment, or simply send the required information via e-mail. We will e-mail or phone you with your confirmation.
