dynalink closure Function:  The Dynalink Rearfoot Stabilizer is a unique heel/instep closure system. The heel closure buckle is fixed to the lower shell, rather than the cuff. This provides excellent heel hold that is unaffected by flexing the boot. Traditional cuff-mounted buckles do not have the same direction of pull, and their fit changes due to shell distortion during boot flexion.
