Instructor Accreditation

An instructor who achieves the PMTS Direct Parallel® accreditation demonstrates a new standard in ski teaching. The Accredited Instructor's understanding is based in a biomechanically accurate movement system. He/She is trained in kinesiology and the importance of the kinetic chain of the body, to prepare him/her for a clear and accurate understanding of skiing movement, and how it relates to equipment and alignment adjustment. The PMTS Direct Parallel® Accredited Instructor is also trained in Student Directed Ski Instruction™, which establishes a standard of communication heretofore unknown in the ski industry. |
